| Wang Zhixue:Chief of Science and Technology Daily and Member of the CPC Leading Group, MOST |

| Mr. Wang Zhixue is a member of the Communist Party of China and a senior engineer. In June 1974, he began to work in Fuxin County Daban Forest Farm, Liaoning Province. He studied in the Department of Forestry, Northeast Forestry University, where he graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering in January 1982. From 1982 to 1989, he worked in the Chinese Academy of Forestry. In June 1990, he was transferred to the State Science and Technology Commission (now the Ministry of Science and Techonlogy). He had served as Director of Planning, Department of Rural Science and Technology, Assistant Director-General of Department of Rural Science and Technology, Deputy Director-General and later Director-General of Rural Technology Development Center. He also worked as Director-General of the Administrative Office of MOST (including one year's temporary position as Deputy Director of General Manager's Office, China Three Gorges Corporation). Then he was Deputy Secretary-General of the Ministry of Science and Technology. Since December 2010, he has been a member of CPC Leading Group of the Ministry of Science and Technology and Chief of Science and Technology Daily (Vice- Ministerial level).
Mr. Wang is in charge of Science and Technology Daily, he also oversees the implementation of important tasks assigned by the CPC Leading Group of MOST, and supervises the internal affairs of the Ministry. He also contributes to fostering organizational culture in MOST.
