International Training Program for Traditional Ethnic Medicine R&D in Guiyang

The International Training Program for Traditional Ethnic Medicine R&D was opened recently in Guiyang, Guizhou Province. The program is sponsored by Department of International Cooperation of MOST and organized by Kunming Institute of Botany, CAS and Guizhou Xinbang Pharmaceuticals Co., Ltd. Over 20 trainees from Laos, Thailand, Vietnam and India will attend this 15-day program.   

 

During the training, the organizing parties will brief the attendees on the pharmacology, characteristics and composition of the ethnic medications; pharmaceutical techniques; and protection of knowledge and resources of traditional ethic medicine.
