MOST launched the “Budding Expert on Energy Conservation and Emission Reduction” outreach campaign at the No. 35 Middle School in Xicheng District of Beijing on September 19, 2007. Vice Minister LIU Yanhua and officials of Beijing Municipality attended the event.

On behalf of MOST, Vice Minister LIU bestowed the Handbook of Nation-wide Energy Conservation, and Tips of Energy Conservation and Emission Reduction.
