“S&T Demonstration for Ecological Management and Industrialization of Horqin Sandy Land”, a project of State Fund For Agricultural S&T Results Transformation, has realized the compatibility of the ecology, management and effective utilization of sandy land, resolving the difficult question of pastures on sandy land being unstable and unendurable for grazing. A technological model has been established for effective use of sandy land and industrialization of sandy. Based on S&T topic research, this project transformed into productivity as soon as possible the latest research results from the ecological management and industrialization of sandy land and brought out a mature technological system of S&T demonstration for ecological management and industrialization of sandy land. This has provided technical support and a model for improving the backward situation of our country in the field of sandy land management and utilization.
