From 25 to 28 November 2006, the 863 IT expert panel conducted a strategic seminar in Beijing. The main subject of this conference was study and deployment of the strategic research work in the IT sector in the 11th Five-year.
At the conference, the experts spoke out freely about the key topic of the conference. Through adequate exchange of opinions, the conference deliberated and determined the line of thinking for the strategic research of the IT sector of the 863 Program in the 11th Five-year. Subsequently, the expert panel will carry out strategic research under the guidance of this line of thinking.
