The Department of Basic Research organized a meeting to evaluate the State Key Lab on Ocean Geology in Tongji University. After listening to the report on the construction of the lab, experts also made a field visit to the lab and had a discussion with the staff. 

The lab was approved to pass the acceptance check for its achievements in focused research, human resources development, research improvements, research findings, infrastructure construction, lab management, etc.
