In order to better serve the progress of science and technology at the rural grass roots and the development of science and technology in the building of the new rural area, the Department of Rural Science and Technology of MOST organized relevant people to carry out survey and study of the situation of technology innovation pilot in specialized towns of Guangdong Province. The survey and study group had an informal discussion with the Department of Science and Technology of Guangdong and went to 5 prefecture-level cities, 12 specialized towns and nearly 40 enterprises, intermediaries and bases in the west, east and Zhujiang Delta of Guangdong for onsite survey.
