National Science and Technology Venture Capital Development Center (STVC), the Torch Center, Department of Facilities and Financial Support and Ningbo High-Tech Development Zone jointly sponsored a symposium on startup training/competition of technology-based SMEs.

The participants suggested that the training/competition be included in the overall layout of MOST’s science-related financing efforts and receive strong support. They also suggested that all measures be taken to scale up the event and increase its influence, matching technologies with capital in a larger scale and turning it into a platform for promoting high-tech industries.
