Department of Basic Research and Department of International Cooperation called on a meeting to discuss China-Germany XFEL/FAIR international cooperation.

The attendants listened to three thematic reports, namely:

a.       the Report on FAIR International Cooperation Plan by Institute of Modern Physics, Chinese Academies of Sciences (CAS),

b.      the Report on EXFEL International Cooperation on SC Cavity by Peking University,

c.       the Report on EXFEL International Cooperation on High-precision Undulator and Large-scale Cryogenic Thermostat by Institute of High Energy Physics, CAS.

The experts held enthusiastic discussion on the significance of these international cooperative programs and the issues demanding attention, resulting in valuable suggestions and comments.
