MOST and China Insurance Regulatory Commission (CIRC) jointly promulgated the Notice on the Issues relating to Strengthening and Improving Insurance Services to High-Tech Enterprises. The two parties called on a symposium on insurance solutions to R&D risks and opened up a favorable environment for the issue. Department of Facilities and Financial Support, MOST and Department of Development and Reform, CIRC compiled Documents on Pilot Work on Science-related Insurance Services.

The Document includes relevant policies, leaders’ speeches, research reports and speeches covering insurance service against R&D risks by the insurance community.
