In line with the spirit of National S&T Conference and National Medium and Long-term S&T Development Plan, Department of Policy, Regulation and Reform is about to hold a seminar between April 23 and 29 in MOST’s Jing Gangshan training base on capability building of training organizations for S&T management. The seminar is aimed to improve the quality of S&T management training through innovating training methods. The topics of the seminar covered the new situation and tasks of S&T management, general principles of managing S&T innovation, theories and methodology of S&T management training, issues pertinent to capability building of such training organizations, case study on local S&T management training as well as S&T innovation, etc.
