Under the auspices of the National Fund for Agricultural S&T Achievement Transformation, the project of “Applying the Digital Video Network Displayer (DVnD) System to Rural China” adopts core patent technology which ensures network adaptability and the quality of service（QOS）of streaming media through broadband connections.
