Recently, the Department of Planning and the National Center for Science & Technology Evaluation of MOST had a meeting with the Evaluation Department of the Netherlands Ministry of Foreign Affairs in the office building of MOST to exchange views on S&T evaluation.

The Department of Planning briefed participants on the status quo of S&T evaluation in China and the main practices of MOST in terms of S&T plan evaluation and management. The Netherlandish delegation gave an introduction to the development process, operation mode and main experiences of the Netherlands in the evaluation. The two sides also exchanged opinions on issues of common interest.
