Recently, the China-Japan Workshop on Intellectual Property Rights, jointly sponsored by the Department of Policy, Regulations and Reform of MOST and JICA and organized by the Intellectual Property Right Center of MOST concluded successfully in Beijing.

The main discussion topics of this workshop are: IPR strategies of China and Japan; establishment of the anti-monopoly law; revision of the anti-unfair competition law and protection of business secrets; practice on combination of production and education and IPRs; protection of hereditary resources, cultural resources and IPRs. Experts of both countries delivered exciting speeches on the above topics.
