A delegation headed by Mr. René Oosterlinck, Director of the Galileo Program at the European Space Agency (ESA), visited the National Remote Sensing Center of China (NRSCC) of the Ministry of Science and Technology on December 21，2010. He reviewed progress on a China-EU project within the Galileo framework implemented by the No.54 Research Institute of the China Electronics Technology Group Corporation. The two sides exchanged views on a number of issues including participation by Chinese enterprises in the procurement of the FOC (full operational capability) phase of the Galileo Program.
